Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original complete packaging.
Personalized, engraved and custom-made jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for personal reason returns. We will cover return shipping for defective, damaged or misdelivered items.
Once returned items are inspected and approved, full refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
